All orders will be shipped in the spring of 2017, beginning in April. Thank you for letting us serve you with your dahlia needs.
If you want to order a dahlia you have seen in our field and do not see it here on our website, please email for availability, we may have inadvertantly left it off.
OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE MON - FRI 9 - 5 PACIFIC TIME.
We ship in April and May as well as early June. We start shipping with the orders we receive in August and work our way to the orders we receive in the Spring. Hence First come First shipped. We thank you for your patience. IF YOU ORDER IN APRIL PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY:
Payment is required when order is placed. If Credit/Debit card is used, the card is charged when the order is received, this reserves the tubers for you. The tubers are sent by US Mail, Priority or Parcel Post in April or May. We ship in the order the orders are received. Therefore we start with orders received in August. If you want them sooner, please send an email requesting a different date. We cannot guarantee tubers sent before April as weather can be harsher at that time of year and the tubers may rot. We typically do not send before March 1st.
If you live close and want to pick up your order, just indicate on the order form that you want to pick it up. There will be no shipping charges on those orders. We will let you know when they are ready.
REFUND POLICY: Our dahlias are state inspected. Tubers are guaranteed to have live eyes and to the best of our knowledge, be true to name. If you receive a mix up in variety, or if they do not grow due to not having live eyes or sprouts, please let us know as soon as you can and at least by October of that year. We ask that you dig up the tubers and send them to us. We will reimburse you for postage. Or send us clear pictures of the tubers. (by email is fine.) These tubers, if found to be defective, will be replaced the following year if too late to replace the same year (After June 15th or if variety has been sold out). If you do not want them replaced we will issue a refund of the tuber price only. We are not responsible for customer negligence, weather, soil conditions, and pest or rodent damage.
